Upon your arrival at O’Hare International Airport (ORD) or Midway Airport (MDW), proceed to the lower level baggage claim area. Once you have received your baggage, call us and provide us with the numbered door that you are near. Our vehicle, already waiting in a staging area, will arrive within 5 to 10 minutes after you contact us with your door location. For your convenience, we also provide a “meet and greet” service. For national and international arrivals at O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport your chauffeur will meet & greet you at baggage claim or other designated location with a name sign to clear for identification. Your chauffeur will assist you with luggage and escort you to your vehicle. This service can save you time and eliminate any difficulty locating your vehicle.
